Administrative Assistant for Childcare

Main responsibilities include:

  • Working with parents to enroll their children in childcare and enter data into administrative systems.
  • Experience with billing and/or bookkeeping
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and database management.
  • Must be a team player, detail-oriented, resourceful and able to problem solve.
  • AA degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bi-lingual, bi-cultural encouraged to apply.
