Senior Leader/Manager
A senior leadership opportunity at Berkshire Children and Families (BCF) in our Pioneer Valley office in Hadley, MA. Will be responsible for BCF programs in the Pioneer Valley to include Child Permanency Services, Family Support, development and strategic program expansion to include Kids 4 Harmony, an El Sistema inspired program. Responsibilities include: cultivating and maintaining community relationships; program development and management. Background in human service field plus minimum 5 years managerial/supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Bilingual bicultural encouraged to apply.
