Summary

The Flex Force Direct Care Staff assists individuals with disabilities in daily living skills, to help them achieve self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires.

Required Skills

The ability to provide direct outreach services to program participants living in the community.

Education, Training, and Experience

High School diploma or GED, one year of collage is desirable.  One year paid employment, community service and/or training.  One year of supervisory or human service experience desired.

Other Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, the use of vehicle, and the willingness to transport program participants in a personal vehicle.  Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must.  Bilingual/Bicultural experience is an asset.

Machine Operator                        

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators. Maintain production and quality. Looking for candidates with strong attention to detail and desire for quality work. Responsible for visual product quality, set up of machinery and continuous running of the machines.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor
  • Must work well with others in a loud production environment
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
  • Must have own reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass Pre Employment Drug Screen and Physical

Shipping/Receiving

We are currently seeking experienced Shipping and Receiving clerk. Full time position. Monday – Friday. 8:00-5:00pm. Some overtime required. Candidate will be responsible for variety of packing and shipping, and receiving operations, including assemble, address and ship, receive, unpack, verify and record incoming shipments. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two to five years experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment. Must be computer literate. Excellent communication skills, general math skills, organizational skills and attention to detail required. Successful candidates must be able to work safely within company policies and procedures. INTERPRINT partners with MOLARI to fill manufacturing positions. If you are interested in working at Interprint in one of our manufacturing positions please contact MOLARI. If you are selected, you will work approximately 4-6 months as a temporary employee gaining experience and determining if Interprint is the right place for you.

Interprint, Inc. is a designer and printer of decor paper used as the design layer in laminate surfaces such as countertops, flooring, furniture, store fixtures and a host of other applications.

EMPLOYMENT:
We are currently looking for individuals who are willing to learn our unique business. We offer on the job training so that you will have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to become a regular employee. Our goal is to hire dedicated, responsible individuals who are looking for a career at Interprint.

HOURS:
Rotating 12 hour swing shifts, non-negotiable. Approximately 48 – 60 hours per week.

Days: Monday – Friday, (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.) or (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) depending on dept.
Nights: Monday -Thursday (6 p.m. – 6 a.m.) or (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) depending on dept.
