Tips for success:

• Dress up!  No t-shirts, shorts, jeans, flip flops, etc.

• Arrange for childcare in advance.

• Prepare your resume now.

• Bring multiple copies of your resume. Use the BerkshireWorks Resource Room to make free copies.

• Research participating employers. Determine how you could add value to their organization.

• Get a good night’s sleep the night before.

• Arrive early, not late.

• Remember you only have one chance to make a good first impression.

• Have your resume critiqued.

• Participate in workshops to learn how to make the most of this opportunity.
