Title:                    Part-time Clerk/Receptionist

Salary:                  $10.25 per hour

Work Location:   Northampton, MA

Hours:                  17.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30 – 12noon

Type of Program: Administration & Finance

Employee Profile:

The Clerk/Receptionist is responsible for reception duties, general office duties, and direct service as assigned. S/he greets visitors to the office in a professional and welcoming manner and ensures continuous coverage of the reception area. S/he assists the Administration and Finance Office in fulfilling clerical duties. High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience and/or training in similar administrative support position required.  To perform this job successfully, the individual should have familiarity with computers with demonstrated proficiency in basic word processing and data entry skills. Good public relations manner is essential to represent the agency to participants and public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
